Most people do not get enough platonic/nonsexual touch in their lives.
Cuddle Therapy is a great way to relax and release stress. It can help you feel happier, may boost your immune system and is very enjoyable.
What happens in a typical session?
Sessions are 55 minutes long - time spent cuddling will vary depending on your needs.
We spend time getting to know one another and discussing expectations. I will share the types of things that may come up (no pun intended) such as arousal, or extreme emotions. All is welcome with me as long as you stay in a platonic space as I am not a sex worker.
I will share some cuddling positions and allow you to choose how to start. I can guide you through a meditation to relax. I often call in the energy of The Universe and Gaia/Mother Earth to support us during your journey.
We may discuss fears that you have around being held in the maternal space by a woman that you do not know. Sometimes big feelings may surface, such as feeling rejected when you have tried to be held in the past. We can lovingly work through this. I am trauma-informed and somatically trained, so if sometimes you may need to release through shaking, or rage exercises I can guide you through these. Even if we do not spend the entire time cuddling, know that you are doing the work that you have been guided to me to do. It WILL help you gain greater intimacy with yourself and others and is all part of the magic I provide.
